Galvanized flat plate is compatible with split sets rock bolt for roof supporting in mining ,which can offer larger bearing strength and better performance than that be used only domed plate .
1. Incorporate butterfly plate with a domed plate to offer larger bearing strength to support the rock .
2. Designed with a vees profile that gives greater strength, placing the perimeter of plate in tension.
3. Has "user friendly" rounded corners.
4. Allows faster installation by eliminating the handling of two separate components.
5. Can be increase the contact area between rock and plate .

Main applications:
According to the purpose, widely used for roofing building, outer wall, applicant ware ,explosive-proff steel and electrically controlled cabinet etc.
Features:
Surface structure is divided into:
Normal spangles (Z), small spangles (X), light spangles (GZ). The surface of galvanized steel sheet has scale or leaf shape zinc crystal pattern, with firm galvanization, and it has good corrosion resistance, good welding performance and cold forming performance.
According to production and processing method, it can be divided into the following categories:
(1) Hot dip galvanized steel sheet. The steel plate is put into dissolved zinc tank, making its surface covered by a layer of zinc. At present it mainly adopts continuous galvanizing process, namely the coil steel plate is continuously immersed in the zinc plating tank for galvanized steel plate;
(2) Electric galvanized steel sheet. Electric galvanization is used for manufacturing this kind of galvanized steel to give the plate good workability, but because of the thinner galvanization, the corrosion resistance is weaker than hot dip galvanized steel sheet;
(3) Single-face and double-face difference galvanized steel sheet. Single-face galvanized steel sheet has better adaptability in welding, painting, antirust processing, processing, etc. than double-face galvanized sheet. In order to overcome the disadvantage of single face, there is another galvanized steel sheet with the other face coated with a thin layer of zinc, namely double-face galvanized steel sheet;
(4) Alloy or composite galvanized steel sheet. It uses zinc and other metals, such as lead and zinc to make alloy and even composite plating steel plate. This kind of steel plate has excellent rust protection performance as well as good coating performance. In addition to the above four categories, there are also color galvanized steel sheet, printing and coating galvanized steel sheet, laminated galvanized steel sheet, etc. But at present the most commonly used is still hot dip galvanized steel sheet.
